Job Requirements

At least one year of fine dining server experience
Minimum age of 18 years for alcohol service
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Greet guests and present menus in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Provide detailed information on menu items including specials and wine pairings
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any service issues
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area according to health and safety standards
