Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a fine dining setting
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued from arrival to departure
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with selections
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to expedite orders efficiently
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
