Job Requirements
- One - two years industry experience in server capacity, preferably in fine dining establishment
- Utah state approved liquor handler's certification obtained within 90 days of hire
- ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- good communication, organization and concentration skills
- ability to work cooperatively with other servers and department staff
- knowledge of house policies and state regulations for liquor and smoking
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up kitchen and dining room work areas in a timely, thorough and consistent manner
- maintain all work areas in a neat, efficient manner during service
- present a knowledgeable, professional demeanor at all times during service
- prioritize, organize and maintain efficiency as work volume fluctuates
- use high level technical service practices
- display knowledgeable command of menu items and products offered in assigned outlet
- know hours, styles, and menu items for all department outlets
- communicate effectively and respectfully with all co-workers including kitchen staff
- ensure adherence to all house policies and state regulations for liquor service and smoking
- collect payment and signed guest checks accurately and promptly
- reconcile all receipts, sales reporting and shift close paperwork consistently
- clean up, break down and reset work station and dining room efficiently
