Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the role being trained
- Positive review status
- Reports working on time and good attendance
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers
- Successful completion and passing of Level 2 background screening as required by Florida AHCA

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly as they arrive at their table
- Inform guests of daily specials and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods
- Train new servers, runners, bussers, utility staff, and catering team members
- Address guest complaints in a positive and professional manner
- Ensure that both the front of the house and kitchen adhere to sanitation standards
- Complete tasks such as bussing, running, meal plating, and utility and catering duties
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency
