Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible schedules
  • All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
  • Ability to continuously stand or walk
  • Ability to bend and lift frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally
  • Ability to squat occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a server
  • Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment
  • High school diploma preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible
  • Have thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and make suggestions to customers
  • Take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers
  • Perform cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment through POS system
  • Ensure cleanliness in dining area including removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed
  • Set up tables in preparation for the next customer
  • Perform general housekeeping duties of the restrooms
  • Stock service areas with supplies when needed
  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
  • Adhere to all safety codes per Boiling Point's guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with Boiling Point's code of ethics, integrity and conduct
