Job Requirements

Preferred 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a server
Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
Able to multitask and work in a team environment
Must be able to work flexible schedules
High school diploma preferred
All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process

Job Duties

Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible
Have thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and make suggestions to customers
Take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers
Cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment through POS system
Ensure cleanliness in dining area including removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning
Refill sauces and clean sauce containers as needed
Set up tables in preparation for the next customer
Responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms
Stock service areas with supplies when needed
Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
Be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
Ensure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conduct
