Job Requirements

  • Preferred 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a server
  • Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules
  • High school diploma preferred
  • All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process

Job Duties

  • Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible
  • Have thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and make suggestions to customers
  • Take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers
  • Cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment through POS system
  • Ensure cleanliness in dining area including removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning
  • Refill sauces and clean sauce containers as needed
  • Set up tables in preparation for the next customer
  • Responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms
  • Stock service areas with supplies when needed
  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
  • Be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conduct
