Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as required by state regulations
  • strong organization and active listening skills
  • exceptional time management skills
  • successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems and menu
  • adherence to Logan's Roadhouse appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems preferred
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service
  • develop a strong understanding of the menu and suggest options
  • record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
  • perform money transactions and close checks accurately
  • partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • perform opening and closing side duties
  • receive and process to-go orders efficiently
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders
  • assist with various front-of-house and back-of-house tasks as assigned
