Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as required by state regulations
- strong organization and active listening skills
- exceptional time management skills
- successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems and menu
- adherence to Logan's Roadhouse appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems preferred
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service
- develop a strong understanding of the menu and suggest options
- record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
- perform money transactions and close checks accurately
- partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- perform opening and closing side duties
- receive and process to-go orders efficiently
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders
- assist with various front-of-house and back-of-house tasks as assigned
