Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
  • Strong organization and active listening skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training
  • Adheres to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service
  • Develop strong menu knowledge for suggestive selling
  • Record guest orders and enter into Point-of-Sale system
  • Perform money transactions and process payments accurately
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Conduct opening and closing side duties
  • Receive and process to-go orders efficiently
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate with kitchen staff for order coordination
  • Assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members
  • Perform additional management-assigned tasks such as restocking and cleaning
