- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- Strong organization and active listening skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training
- Adheres to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service
- Develop strong menu knowledge for suggestive selling
- Record guest orders and enter into Point-of-Sale system
- Perform money transactions and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct opening and closing side duties
- Receive and process to-go orders efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with kitchen staff for order coordination
- Assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Perform additional management-assigned tasks such as restocking and cleaning
