Job Duties

  • provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
  • develop a strong understanding of the menu to provide customized service and suggestive selling
  • record guest orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system promptly
  • perform money transactions and close checks accurately
  • partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
  • efficiently receive and process to-go orders
  • ensure accuracy of orders according to customer specifications
  • maintain clean and organized workspace
  • communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests
  • provide friendly and helpful service during order pickup
  • assist with prep, restocking, and other assigned duties
