  • ability to use body parts for dexterous movements like writing, typing, slicing, and chopping
  • knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • ability to interact positively with customers and team members
  • adherence to appearance standards

Job Duties

  • Displays high energy while providing friendly, outgoing customer service to the guest
  • develop a strong understanding of our menu to provide customized service or suggestive selling to our guests
  • record guest orders and enter them in the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
  • perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks in Point-of-Sale system
  • partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
  • receive and process to-go orders efficiently and accurately
  • ensure all orders are prepared correctly according to customer specifications
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate order preparation and packaging
  • communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests
  • provide friendly and helpful customer service during order pickup
  • other functions assigned by management such as prep desserts and salads, restock, check restrooms, empty bus tubs, refill ice, assist other FOH and BOH team members
