Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to obtain any required alcohol service certification

- Computer literacy with the ability to learn Aloha POS system
- Accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills

- Ability to obtain relevant training certificate and/or licensure
Job Duties
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Interact with guests in an efficient, hospitable, and professional manner from beginning to end
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials or promotions
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items
- Assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Record the details of orders from guests
- Input orders into the Point of Sale system accurately
- Communicate any food or service issues immediately to management
- Check station before, during, and after shifts for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Follow up on guest requests and pre-bus tables throughout service
- Deliver food and beverage orders within established timeframes
- Multi-task and assist teammates
- Work at a fast pace
- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- Complete assigned sidework
- Bus and reset tables as needed
- Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age
