Job Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, managers, and fellow employees
Previous experience in serving or food preparation is preferred but not mandatory
Demonstrated organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and work with seniors

Job Duties

Greeting residents and their visitors at the table
Serving residents beverages and meals in a courteous, friendly, helpful, and accurate manner
Delivering room service trays as necessary
Bussing dining room tables and cleaning chairs
Resetting tables for the next meal
Performing side work and cleaning as assigned
Communicating effectively with managers, employees, and residents
