- previous server experience in a similar upscale setting
- excellent communication skills

- Previous experience as a server in a full-service, upscale restaurant setting is required
- exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- knowledge of food and beverage trends including wine and cocktail selections
- ability to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding and personalized service to guests
- have a deep understanding of menu offerings including ingredients and preparation methods
- take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring special requests are communicated
- collaborate with team members for smooth and efficient service
- set up and maintain dining areas ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware
- promote additional sales by suggesting appetizers, desserts, and beverages
- handle guest checks and payments accurately
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- listen to guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly
