Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous serving experience in a fine dining or similar environment preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to work full time or part time, including weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Customer service oriented
Ability to follow safety and hygiene policies
Willingness to comply with company dress code and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Experienced server with the ability to work weekdays and weekends
Enjoy working in a team environment ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction
Provide prompt, friendly and professional service
Ability to remove dirty dishes, linens, glassware and flatware and transport items to designated area
Ensure timely water refills and provide attentive service throughout dining experience

Job Duties

Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars
Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
Maintain required food handlers certifications
