Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in serving or food service preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Must maintain food handler certification
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Experience as a server in a food service setting
Ability to work weekdays and weekends
Strong team player
Ability to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction
Friendly and professional service delivery
Ability to promptly remove dirty dishes, linens, glassware, and flatware from tables and counters
Attentive to timely water refills and customer needs throughout dining

Job Duties

Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars
Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
Maintain required food handlers certifications
