Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Food handler certification
Experience in a related serving or hospitality role
Ability to work flexible weekday and weekend shifts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in dining area
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Experienced server
Ability to work weekdays and weekends
Enjoys working in a team environment
Provides high quality service and customer satisfaction
Able to provide prompt, friendly and professional service
Capable of removing dirty dishes, linens, glassware and flatware from tables and counters
Ensures timely water refills
Provides attentive service throughout dining experience

Job Duties

Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
Write food order and relay order to kitchen
Serve courses from kitchen and service bars
Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
Maintain required food handlers certifications
