Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or serving role preferred
  • Ability to work both weekdays and weekends
  • Valid food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry serving trays
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a server in a fine dining or similar setting
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends
  • Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to provide prompt, friendly and professional service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
  • Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
  • Write food order and relay order to kitchen
  • Serve courses from kitchen and service bars
  • Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
  • Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
  • Maintain required food handlers certifications
