Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must maintain current food handler certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
- Must be punctual and reliable

- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices

Job Duties
- Prepare tables present menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
- Write food order and relay order to kitchen serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs floors linens and serving stations clean bussed and stocked
- Maintain required food handlers certifications
- Provide attentive service and timely water refills throughout dining experience
