Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar role
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
- Food handler certification as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Strong customer service orientation

- Removes dirty dishes linens glassware and flatware from tables and counters and transports items to the designated area
- Ensures timely water refills and provides attentive service throughout dining experience
Job Duties
- Prepare tables present menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
- Write food order and relay order to kitchen serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs floors linens and serving stations clean bussed and stocked
- Maintain required food handlers certifications
