Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food handler certification
- Availability to work full-time or part-time including weekends
- Previous experience as a server or in a related hospitality role
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Good interpersonal skills
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a server in a fine dining or similar food service environment
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly, and professional service
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
- Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
- Maintain required food handlers certifications
