Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dining service role
- Ability to work full time or part time hours
- Maintain current food handler certification
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a server in a food service environment
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends
- Strong team player with high quality service and customer satisfaction focus
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and professional service
- Skill in removing dirty dishes, linens, glassware and flatware from tables and counters
- Proficiency in timely water refills and attentive service throughout dining experience
Job Duties
- Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
- Write food order and relay order to kitchen
- Serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
- Maintain required food handlers certifications
