Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current food handler certification
Ability to work full time or part time
Availability to work weekdays and weekends
Prior food service experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Experience as a server in food service
Ability to work weekdays and weekends
Enjoys working in a team environment
Ability to provide prompt, friendly and professional service
Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in dining areas
Knowledge of proper food handling and safety standards
Customer service skills

Job Duties

Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
Write food order and relay order to kitchen
Serve courses from kitchen and service bars
Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
Maintain required food handlers certifications
