Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work full time or part time including weekends
Must maintain current food handler certification
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry items
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Job Qualifications

Experience as a server in a fine dining or customer-focused environment
Ability to work weekdays and weekends
Strong team orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide prompt, friendly, and professional service
Knowledge of food safety and handling practices

Job Duties

Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials
Write food order and relay order to kitchen
Serve courses from kitchen and service bars
Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked
Maintain required food handlers certifications
