Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant service preferred
  • Ability to provide fast and friendly customer service

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome each guest seated in any assigned station
  • Deliver prepared food to the appropriate guest within two minutes of completed production of order
  • Maintain cleanliness of designated areas as directed according to established health and safety standards
  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service to guests, staff, and culinary production team
  • Manage multiple tables effectively ensuring timely service
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests courteously
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
