Job Requirements

- Previous club or lounge experience preferred
- Must complete BASSET or ABC Certificate
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds
- Well-organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
