Job Requirements
- Must have complete open availability including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable with varying weekly schedules and hours
- Must be part of the Local 6 Union
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local beverage serving laws and regulations
- Ability to provide friendly, high-quality service consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Understanding of customer service principles and hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
