- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests
- assist the Food & Beverage team in banquet operations
- ensure dining areas are clean and presentable
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
- support team members to execute flawless guest experiences
- handle guest inquiries and requests promptly
