Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card
  • must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
  • previous experience is not required, will train
  • excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties

  • Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
  • create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest's orders
  • understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guests' questions
  • deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • uphold high sanitation and safety standards
