Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • At least 18 years old
  • Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

  • Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner
  • Create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest’s orders
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guest’s questions
  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Uphold high sanitation and safety standards
