Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required – we will train you
- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- at least 18 years old
- must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card
- ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner
- create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests’ orders
- understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering
- guide guests on choosing menu items and answer guests’ questions
- deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
- uphold high sanitation and safety standards
