Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required - we will train you
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- At least 18 years old
- Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest's orders
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering
- Guide guests on choosing menu items and answer guests' questions
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Uphold high sanitation and safety standards
