Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card or be able to obtain one
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
- Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Previous experience is not required as training is provided
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest’s orders
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guest’s questions
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
- Uphold high sanitation and safety standards
