Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- must possess or be able to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- no previous experience required as training will be provided

- familiarity with restaurant menu items and catering options

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
- create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest's orders
- understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering
- guide guests on choosing menu items and answer guest's questions
- deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- uphold high sanitation and safety standards
