Job Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess or obtain Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Must have excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest's orders
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering
- guide guests on choosing menu items and answer guests' questions
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Uphold high sanitation and safety standards
