Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- at least 18 years old
- must possess a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or be able to obtain one
- ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner
- create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest's orders
- understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering
- able to guide guests on choosing menu items
- ready to answer guest's questions
- delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
