Job Requirements
- At least one year’s experience as a bartender in a fast-paced full-service restaurant or hotel
- extensive knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits and mixology
- strong guest service skills with the ability to respectfully engage
- knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- exceptional oral communication skills in English
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed
- ability to work late night as our bar closes at 2am daily
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with banquet or catering services is a plus
- knowledge of Toast or similar POS system a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- exceptional oral communication skills in English. Multi-lingual a plus
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed
- ability to work late night as our bar closes at 2am daily
Job Duties
- Assist with greeting guests, creating a great first impression for the dining experience
- full knowledge and descriptions of all wines, beers, and cocktails, and be able to make recommendations
- completion of all opening and closing side work
- ability to provide detailed descriptions of all menu items, assisting with pairings, while ensuring accurate orders are taken
- provide the highest service standards possible to all guests
- ability to mix cocktails, pour wine and beer according to proper recipes and methods
- serve cocktails, wine and beer in accordance with safe alcohol service standards
- maintain the cleanliness of bar areas, and equipment
- meet and exceed all guest request and expectations with a professional attitude
- adhering to the proper cash handling procedure including tip reporting, due backs, and bank
