Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, customer service, or related field
- must have a valid Food Handler's Permit
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- alcohol serving license preferred

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, attentive service and maintain a calm, positive demeanor at all times
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- educate and engage guests about ramen, our menu, and the Supreme Dumplings brand
- perform basic bar duties, including pouring beer, wine, sake, and other beverages
- follow all operational policies and procedures
- arrive punctually and maintain reliable attendance
- support teammates and perform other duties as assigned
