Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as the Server Support lead by delivering hot food and cold drinks to tables quickly and accurately
  • Assist servers in anticipating guest needs such as refilling drinks or clearing empty plates
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace by completing sidework and restocking supplies throughout the shift
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience by providing a warm welcome and a sincere farewell to every visitor
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
  • Collaborate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to streamline service
  • Monitor and report any issues that may affect guest satisfaction
