Job Duties
- Act as the Server Support lead by delivering hot food and cold drinks to tables quickly and accurately
- Assist servers in anticipating guest needs such as refilling drinks or clearing empty plates
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace by completing sidework and restocking supplies throughout the shift
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by providing a warm welcome and a sincere farewell to every visitor
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
- Collaborate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to streamline service
- Monitor and report any issues that may affect guest satisfaction
