Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of front-of-house experience in food service
- supervisory experience strongly preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including some evenings weekends and holidays

- supervisory experience strongly preferred
- experience in a healthcare or senior living environment is highly desirable
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for serving seniors
- working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lead a team with empathy efficiency and professionalism
- must be able to work flexible hours including some evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- supervise daily dining room operations including scheduling and assigning duties to front-of-house staff
- ensure a high standard of customer service with attention to the needs of elderly residents
- train coach and support servers to promote a positive team environment and professional service
- monitor dining room cleanliness table settings and adherence to sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with dietary and healthcare teams to ensure compliance with resident dietary requirements and medical needs
- address resident concerns or feedback with professionalism and care
- assist in onboarding new staff and conducting ongoing training sessions
