Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service in an upscale dining environment
- possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations
- confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections, including wine, cocktails, and pairings
- execute service steps with precision, timing, and attention to detail
- anticipate guest needs and respond gracefully to requests or concerns
- maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room
- collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to ensure seamless service
- uphold Sundrop and LUCE Hotel standards for professionalism, appearance, and hospitality
- perform other related job duties
