Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- walk and stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
- reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 60 lbs
- must be 18 years old to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- must have friendly and outgoing personality and demeanor
- must be a problem solver and have the ability to keep calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests within one minute of being seated
- work in a team environment and communicate well with guests and fellow team members
- introduce yourself by name and provide great salesmanship through menu presentation and suggestive selling
- serve the guests food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
- provide responsible alcohol service adhering to the company policies and state and local regulations
- ring in orders correctly and in a timely fashion to allow appropriate ticket times
- seat guests and answer the phone when host staff not present or available
- pre-bus tables in your section and surrounding sections
- abide by full hands in and full hands out mentality
- run food, refill beverages and complete running side work throughout the shift
- offer every guest an after dinner drink or dessert every time
- perform correct and timely cash outs for guests
- bus and reset tables in a timely fashion in compliance with trained timing specifications
- maintain general cleanliness including floors, restrooms, doors and windows
- complete side work duties
- observe guests and report any concerns or complaints to management prior to the guest leaving
- give sincere final greetings to guests and invite them to return
