Job Requirements
- 100% ability to communicate clearly in English
- 100% walk and stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
- 80% reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 60 lbs
- Must be 18 years old to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- Must have friendly and outgoing personality and demeanor
- Must be a problem solver and have the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Able to perform physical requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests within one minute of being seated
- Work in a team environment and communicate well with guests and fellow team members
- Introduce yourself by name and provide great salesmanship thru menu presentation and suggestive selling
- Serve the guests food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
- Provide responsible alcohol service adhering to the company policies and state and local regulations
- Ring in orders correctly and in a timely fashion to allow appropriate ticket times
- Seat guests and answer the phone when Host staff not present or available
- Pre-bus tables in your section and surrounding sections abiding by full hands in and full hands out mentality
- Run food, refill beverages and complete running side work throughout the shift
- Offer every guest an after dinner drink or dessert every time
- Perform correct and timely cash outs for guests
- Bus and reset tables in a timely fashion in compliance with trained timing specifications
- Maintain general cleanliness including floors, restrooms, doors and windows
- Complete side work duties
- Observe guests and report any concerns or complaints to Management prior to the guest leaving
- Give sincere final greetings to guests and invite them to return
