- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred

- knowledge of food and beverage menus and preparation methods

Job Duties
- Prepare tables for meals including linens silverware and glassware
- perform light food preparation duties including bread salad preparation appetizers and dessert presentation
- greet guests professionally and provide education about food and beverage menus including ingredients and cooking methods
- inform customers of daily specials
- check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guests
- serve food and beverages to guests
- prepare and serve specialty dishes tableside as required
- check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverages
- provide wine recommendations
- deliver wine to table with appropriate glasses using proper corkage and pouring techniques
- receive guest payments and process transactions
- clear and clean tables promptly according to sanitation standards
- complete side duties such as polishing silverware restaurant set up and filling condiments
