Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current food handler's permit
- Current alcohol certification
- Minimum one year of experience
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to read and write
- Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Reliable and available for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate tools
- No travel or driving required

Job Duties
- Coordinate efforts of restaurant and kitchen personnel to exceed guest expectations
- Prepare dining tables according to specified restaurant setup
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Follow company sequence of service to ensure smooth guest experience
- Demonstrate product knowledge and salesmanship in answering questions and making recommendations
- Use Aloha POS to process orders accurately and timely
- Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests
- Know and adhere to state liquor laws and company RASP plan
- Assist busser with stocking and resetting tables
- Accurately total bills and accept payments
- Perform side work including napkin and utensil roll-ups, menu maintenance, garnish prep, floor and table cleaning
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
