Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into our system
- Efficiently delivering orders to tables and checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Managing multiple tables in a fast-paced environment
- Processing payments and handling cash with accuracy
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the menu to assist guests with their choices
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Cleaning tables and restocking service stations to ensure a smooth operation
- Adhering to company policies regarding service standards, food safety, and alcohol regulations
