Job Requirements
- Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- Must enjoy hosting others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Count money and change correctly
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environments
- Physically able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and balancing

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff
- Engage in friendly conversations with guests whenever possible
- Provide personalized service and use guest's name during interactions
- Greet each guest entering the restaurant
- Take food and drink orders, communicate with bartender, assist in preparation and presentation of drinks
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Operate cash register and POS system accurately, handle all financial transactions maintaining integrity
- Keep designated working area clean and organized, assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining room and host stand
- Complete any reasonable job duty or request made by management
- Recognize players and communicate that information to other team members to ensure appropriate service
- Know and promote current property events and promotions
- Thank customers, invite them back, and wish them luck
