The role involves a high level of interaction with residents and other team members, requiring empathy, attentiveness, and excellent communication skills.

The company offers a competitive sign-on bonus of $500, paid after 45 days, provided the employee works at least two 4-hour shifts weekly. Beyond monetary incentives, Meridian Senior Living supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options to fit individual needs. Employees also enjoy access to telemedicine services at no cost, flexible spending accounts, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a variety of voluntary benefits like short-term disability, accident coverage, and critical illness insurance. Other perks include pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401K retirement plans, employee assistance programs, and referral bonuses. Employees also benefit from discounts at several retail partners including Enterprise, Staples, HD Supply, Office Depot, and Sherwin Williams.

Moreover, Meridian Senior Living invests in career development and growth, ensuring employees gain skills and experience that benefit them in their current roles and future opportunities. The company culture emphasizes respect, joy, and excellence, creating not just jobs but life-changing experiences with beloved residents.
