Job Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current California food handlers card
- Interest in interacting with seniors
- Meets licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)

Job Duties
- Ensuring residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues
- Support and encourage your fellow dining team members
- Utilize a digital POS system to take food and beverage orders from residents in a timely and organized fashion
- Know the menu and ingredients of menu items and memorize daily specials
- Set and clear tables, wash table tops and condiment containers after every meal
- Maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the Bistro
- Keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times
