Job Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current CA food handlers card
- interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver excellent dining services to residents
- ensure residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues
- support and encourage fellow dining team members
- utilize a digital POS system to take food and beverage orders accurately and timely
- set and clear tables, wash table tops and condiment containers after every meal
- maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the Bistro
- keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times
