Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional service by answering questions about the menu and accommodating dietary needs
- Ensure tables and the dining area remain clean and organized
- Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
